Access:  This property is accessed by turning South off US Hwy 63 onto a US Forest Service Road for approximately ¼ mile and then turning East onto a private gravel road.

Cabin:  This rustic cabin sits on 1 acre in the Ouachita National Forest. You are immediately drawn to the built-in buffet area complete with beautiful cabinets and a wood plank countertop.  The beige sofa is positioned facing the large electric Fireplace TV stand.  This piece sits on a rock slab surrounded by a rock wall with metal accents.  The design of this area (5 feet x 4 feet) is space saving and adds to the rustic feel.  This area is also large enough for the tastefully refurbished table with 4 chairs with room to spare.  There is a rustic leather rocker in the corner of this room as well.  The kitchen (5 feet x 11 feet) has cabinets that match the buffet cabinets.  So many beautiful cabinets with so much storage space.  The black rustic hardware on the cabinets matches beautifully with the oil rub bronze faucets over the single stainless sink.  A window with a view of the woods over the sink is trimmed nicely. There is a Whirlpool stainless/black oven and stove, a stainless hood, Amana stainless refrigerator, and a stainless microwave that will convey to the new owners.

Bedroom #1 is on the lower level is measures 11 feet x 12 feet.  The walls in this room are very detailed.  The use of the rustic wainscoting in combination with the pine needle textured walls is impressive.  The furnishings and rustic lighting in this room is sophisticated.  This room also features a gorgeous walk in closet (7 feet x 4 feet) made of cedar.  The bathroom (12 feet x 6 feet) has wood tile a large vanity with a single sink, oil rub bronze faucets that match the shower faucets.  The shower/tub combo has stunning creek rock with built in shelves.
